hole Bodyworks is a unique space for healing injuries, restoring motion, and optimizing posture and physical function. Co-owners Sara Grow and Robin Wilcox are both licensed Physical Therapists and Licensed Massage Practitioners, combining their medical knowledge and physical rehabilitative skills with the alternative and transformative offerings of SOMA structural bodywork and Pilates conditioning.

As certified SOMA practitioners, Robin and Sara partner with individuals through an eleven-session journey of total body deep myofascial release. This work creates progressive and lasting changes towards optimized postural alignment and efficient functional movement. Throughout the SOMA process, the body’s nervous system is educated via specialized manual techniques, movement retraining, and mind-body-spirit integrative exercises. These help each person adapt to his or her increased freedom of movement and apply expanded self-awareness to daily life. Though each person’s experience of SOMA is unique, one should expect the process to be participatory, profound, and gratifying.
